From time to time, we all find ourselves in an urgent situation where there is no one around who can help. Our Neighbors Helpers was organized several years ago by Dianna Bodnar and several other caring members of Beaver Lake to be there for you as a last resort.

For example:

Suppose you have an illness that prevents you from mowing your lawn to avoid a fine, or removing the snow from your driveway so you can get to the doctor, or even picking up groceries if you can't drive and nobody is available, please contact us and we can help you out.

Also, if you have an important doctor's appointment that you must keep and your ride has cancelled on you--we can take you.

There are many reasons why you may need assistance like this so please don't hesitate to ask by contacting either Paula or me at,, or 402-620-2624 so we can arrange assistance for you.

Unfortunately we are not set up or equipped for a permanent/continual and non-urgent or profession type service which can be done by a local business or your family such as lawn service, plumbing, electrical, or landscaping etc. nor can we guarantee we can fulfill every request since it depends on our capabilities, timing, and availability of our volunteers. We will, however, make every effort to respond and fulfill your request when called upon.

If you would like to be included on our volunteer list and help your neighbors, please contact us at the email/phone above and bless you for doing so.
