| Headline: BOATING INFORMATION FOR 2010 BOATING RULES: Please refer to the following link. 2010 Boating Regulations BOAT RAMP INFORMATION Depending upon the weather and lake conditions, the deputy is planning on opening the boat ramp starting April 10th on Saturdays and Sundays. Starting Friday, April 30th, the hours for the boat ramp will be M-F 4:00pm to 7:00pm and Sat/Sun 9:00am to 7:00pm. BOAT STICKER INFORMATION Boat stickers are now available at the office M-F 8-4:30 and will be available at the boat ramp when open. BOAT SIZE LIMITS: POWER BOATS: 22 FT. PONTOON BOATS: 28 FT. SAIL BOATS: 24 FT. Any length suspected to be over the regulation amount must be measured by Law Enforcement. STICKER COLORS FOR 2010: (colors change year to year) PRIMARY STICKER: GREEN, $20.00 EACH. Two (2) Primary stickers are allowed per dues payment. SECONDARY STICKER: ORANGE. $50.00 EACH. Secondary stickers are issued for a lot owner's third and more registered watercraft. NON-POWERED BOATS: SILVER. NO COST - Issued for non-motor powered boats. NOTE: See the handbook for when secondary boats are not allowed on the lake--usually on holiday weekends where the boat traffic is intense. BOAT OWNER IS REQUIRED TO PRESENT: • Boat Registration • Boat • Trailer if not housed on lake BOAT MUST HAVE: • Nebraska Registration Numbers affixed as required by Nebraska State Law • BLA Lot Numbers affixed back of boat, above water line, both sides Boat stickers must be affixed by a BLA employee or Deputy Sheriff.
