The Property Committee is charged with the maintenance, development and safety of the access areas, dam, lake, reserve lots, special usage lots, clubhouse complex, campgrounds, equipment, vehicles and roads, plus those duties and obligations which are from time to time assigned by the Board of Directors. The committee maintains the Access Lot Summary found under the "services/access lots" link on the left side of the home page. This document shows the Beaver Lake access areas that are available for use by the membership and includes pictures, equipment, future plans for improvement etc.

In the past, we have worked issues of stop sign location, repair of the dam, free dirt site, fishing dock location/repair, and the property capital improvement and maintenance budget.

The committee meets on the first Monday of the month at the Clubhouse, if it is not a holiday. Occasionally there will be meetings on other days. Meeting times are announced in the Calendar and our minutes are posted in the library. Meetings are open to visitors and you are welcome to attend!

We currently need volunteers for self help projects concerning access areas and equipment. If you are interested, call or e-mail the chairpersion--or simply come to a meeting. We would love to have you.
