The Property Committee is charged with the maintenance, development and safety of the access areas, dam, lake, reserve lots, special usage lots, clubhouse complex, campgrounds, equipment, vehicles and roads, plus those duties and obligations which are from time to time assigned by the Board of Directors. One of the assigned duties currently is preparation for a possible pandemic. We will be working this issue throughout 2007.

In the past, we have worked issues of stop sign location, repair of the dam, free dirt site, fishing dock location/repair, property budget, and the maintenance budget. In the future we will develop a master plan for the improvement of the facilities that the committee is responsible for at Beaver Lake.

The committee meets on the first Monday of the month at the Clubhouse, if it is not a holiday. Occasionally there will be meetings on other days. Meeting times are announced in the Calendar. They are open to visitors. You are welcome to attend!

We currently need volunteers. If you are interested, call or e-mail Tom Egelston--or simply come to a meeting. We would love to have you.
