This notice is to make you aware that the water supply main lines will be shut down temporarily on Thursday November 6, 2025. The areas that will be out of service are Beaver Lake Blvd from Bellevue Dr. to Lot 988; 12th Ave from Brock Lane to Beaver Ct.; Beaver Ct.; Bellevue Dr.; Bellevue Circle; Murray Pt.; Murray Dr.; Murray Circle, and Elm Creek Rd. The shutdown will begin at 9:00 a.m. and service should be restored by 2:00 p.m. barring any complications. The purpose of the shutdown is to replace a 6” water main valve on Beaver Lake Blvd. This work is part of our valve replacement program on the water distribution system. The valves in the system are currently 50 years old and no longer function properly to shut down water flow when needed. This program will continue over the coming years to upgrade all valves in the water system.
Please view the attached map which shows the areas marked in red where the water service will be shut down.
Upon the water service being restored you may experience some air in your water lines and maybe some discoloration for a short period of time. Please let your line flush until it clears. If you continue to have any of these problems into the next day, please let us know.
